What We Need from You:
- Current updated resume
- A completed CNA course (Expired is ok).
- Dementia experience, fall risk experience, and experience with managing behaviors.
- A positive attitude and a love for helping others - friendly and lots of smiles!
- Reliability – showing up on time and no call-outs are essential!
- Ability to communicate well and be professional.
- At least 18 years old and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities (this is not an all-inclusive list):
- Provide personal care services such as assistance with bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Help with mobility, transfers, and positioning to reduce fall risk.
- Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation and light housekeeping.
- Monitor and report any changes in client’s condition or behaviors.
- Support clients with dementia-related challenges in a patient and compassionate manner.
- Communicate effectively with team members and families.
Location: Clients expected to mostly be in the Southlake, Keller, and Flower Mound areas.
Note: Some of the clients may have pets in the home, so comfort around animals is a plus.
