A well-established Bradenton law firm is seeking a Florida-licensed Associate Attorney with 1–3 years of experience in community association law and litigation.
This position offers the opportunity to represent community associations in a variety of legal matters including litigation, arbitration, and mediation. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with strong writing, research, and public speaking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent community associations in legal proceedings
- Handle litigation, arbitration, and mediation cases
- Draft legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence
- Conduct legal research and case analysis
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts
Qualifications:
- Active Florida Bar license (Required)
- 1–3 years of experience in community association law and/or litigation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident courtroom presence and advocacy skills

Pay: $115,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
