Spruce is located in the Presidio Heights area of San Francisco. We are looking for a strong PM Line cook with open availability to join our team. SUNDAYS AND MONDAYS ARE MANDATORY.

Job Summary
The line cook maintains and oversees food prep and service through hands on execution.
- You have a strong passion for culinary excellence, and you are exceptionally detailed.
- You have working knowledge of food preparation using written recipes.
- You have 4+ years of hot and cold line cooking experience.
- For 4+ years, you have worked in a full service, high-volume restaurant.
- You’re resilient in stressful situations and always able to handle last minute requests.
- You are caring, self-motivated and exhibit an aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence.
