Build your leadership career with One Parking.
One Parking is one of the nation's leading parking management and mobility companies, headquartered in West Palm Beach, Florida. Since 2004, we've grown to manage more than 60,000 parking spaces for private ownership groups and municipalities across the country. Today, more than 700 employees across eight states help us deliver exceptional service while driving our continued growth.
This is an opportunity to build a long-term career with a growing national company. We're looking for leaders who are ready to grow with us.
Overview
One Parking is seeking a full-time Operations Manager to lead valet and parking operations at CityPlace, one of South Florida's premier shopping, dining, and entertainment destinations.
In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll oversee business operations while gaining valuable experience in operations management, facility management, hospitality, finance, technology, and business leadership while developing the skills needed for future career advancement.
You'll be trusted to make decisions, solve problems, and lead your team in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
Hospitality leaders are encouraged to apply. Managers from restaurants, hotels, retail, entertainment venues, and other guest-focused operations often thrive at One Parking. If you've built high-performing teams, delivered exceptional customer experience, and successfully led daily operations, your leadership skills are highly transferable.
No parking experience? That's okay. We hire operations leaders, not parking experts. If you have the right leadership mindset, operational experience, and passion for delivering exceptional service, we'll teach you the parking business.
What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing valet team.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained parking facility.
- Monitor parking facilities, equipment, and PARCS technology.
- Help oversee key operational and administrative functions, including scheduling, payroll, reporting, deposits, and guest communications.
- Develop financial and operational skills by supporting budgeting, revenue management, reporting, and business performance.
- Gain experience with modern parking technology, PARCS (Parking Access and Revenue Control Systems), and facility operations.
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and well-operated environment.
- Identify operational challenges and safety concerns.
- Build strong working relationships with guests, clients, tenants, vendors, and fellow leaders.
- Work alongside experienced leaders who are committed to helping you grow professionally.
Why One Parking?
At One Parking, our managers don't just supervise operations, they learn how to run a business. From operations management and facility leadership to finance, technology, hospitality, and business strategy, you'll gain experience across multiple disciplines while working alongside leaders invested in your long-term success.
Most people never think about parking as a career because they simply don’t know the industry, and that’s exactly why so many are surprised by the opportunities it offers. The parking industry is one of business’s best-kept secrets. The industry generates more than $125 billion in revenue annually and has steadily grown for the last 50 years. New technologies have allowed for the monetization of millions of parking spaces that until recently could not generate revenue. It is an exciting time to be in the industry.
One Parking is growing quickly and that creates opportunities for talented leaders who are ready to take the next step in their career. Parking managers do not work in a cube for 8 hours a day. Likewise, we don't stand in a hot parking garage either. Parking management is a great mix of marketing, operations, accounting, personnel, structural, and technology. If this multi-faceted, never boring opportunity excites you, we'd love to hear from you.
