GSJ Property Management is a growing boutique property management company operating 42+ residential properties across Montgomery, Chester, and Delaware Counties and southern New Jersey. We're looking for a motivated Leasing & Marketing Specialist to join our team and help keep our portfolio leased and our brand sharp.
What You'll Do
This is an execution-focused role covering the full leasing cycle and day-to-day marketing activity across our portfolio. You'll respond to inquiries, schedule and conduct showings, process applications, execute leases, and manage listings across Zillow, Apartments.com, etc.
You'll also assist with resident communications, lease modifications and addendums, and keeping our listings accurate and compelling.
Schedule & Availability
This is an on-site, field-based role. A typical week includes approximately 16 in-office hours distributed across portfolio properties, a minimum of 2 evenings available for tours, and 1 weekend day for showings. During peak leasing seasons (May/June and October/November), availability expands to 3 evenings and 2 weekend days. Within those parameters, scheduling is flexible. Properties are located throughout our current portfolio and potentially within approximately a one-hour radius of Bryn Mawr, PA.
What We're Looking For
● 1–2 years of residential leasing or real estate experience
● Strong communicator — professional and personable with prospects and residents
● Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple active leads at once
● Flexible availability including evenings and weekends, especially during peak leasing
periods
● Reliable vehicle required — you'll travel across the portfolio regularly
● Familiarity with AppFolio or similar property management software a plus
● PA Real Estate License a plus
