We are seeking an energetic and highly professional Ultra-Luxury Community Concierge Runner to elevate the guest experience within our exclusive residential community. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide exceptional guest relations, concierge services, and front desk support in a sophisticated environment. The ideal candidate will be a multilingual, hospitality-savvy individual with a flair for customer service excellence and impeccable time management skills.
Responsibilities
- We are seeking to engage a professional, service-oriented Runner to support the Host/Concierge team at an ultra-luxury residential community in Coral Gables where discretion, efficiency, and exceptional resident service are paramount.
- This role will be responsible for managing and expediting incoming and outgoing deliveries through the service entrance, including coordinating directly with delivery personnel to ensure smooth, timely, and organized package handling.
- The Runner will assist drivers with transferring deliveries into the building’s package management and locker systems, maintain order within the service and back-of-house areas, and provide hands-on support in transporting food deliveries, parcels, and other resident items directly to individual residences in a courteous and polished manner.
- Additional responsibilities include monitoring delivery flow during peak hours, proactively communicating with concierge staff regarding high-volume arrivals, supporting special requests such as grocery or bulk item handling, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in service areas, assisting with occasional errands within the property, and upholding the overall hospitality standards expected of a premier luxury environment.
- The ideal candidate is dependable, physically capable, detail-oriented, and demonstrates a strong commitment to white-glove service and teamwork.
Experience
- Proven experience in luxury hotel or resort environments, with a strong background in guest services or back-of-the-house operations
- Multilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve an international clientele effectively
- Bilingual candidates will excel in communicating with diverse residents and visitors
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service within hospitality or high-end residential settings
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with restaurant experience or resort operations enhances service delivery capabilities
- Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to foster positive guest relations
