We are a General Contractor based out Fort Worth, TX that services retailers nationwide with tenant finish-out, remodels, and special projects.
We are seeking a Superintendent with experience in retail construction to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction project from start to completion while onsite.
- Supervise onsite personnel, vendors, and subcontractors
- Interface with project managers, inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications.
Qualifications:
- Must be willing to travel; 100% travel position.
- Previous relevant experience: tenant finish out or remodels.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Deadline and detail-oriented.
Additional Requirements:
- Must maintain a valid drivers license and automobile insurance on their work vehicle
- Must have own tools to perform minor carpentry, millwork and fixture installations
- Must pass background check including drug screening
- Per Diem, Gas, Cell phone, and Per Project Bonus are paid in addition to salary.
Compensation is commensurate upon experience.
