Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options while adhering to established recipes and presentation standards
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
- POS (Point of Sale) systems for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety
- Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and communicate needs to management promptly
- Handle cash transactions accurately, perform basic math calculations for billing, and reconcile cash drawers at shift end
Skills
- Proven cocktail crafting skills with experience in beverage recipe development and presentation
- Strong understanding of wine varieties, brewing processes, and craft beer options
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy service hours while maintaining quality standards
- Previous fine dining or hospitality experience preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and proper sanitation protocols
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math for sales tracking, and accurate change calculation
