About the Position
We are looking for a results-oriented and analytical professional to direct our comprehensive supply chain operations. You will be responsible for the strategic oversight and daily management of our procurement, inventory, warehousing, and distribution networks, both domestically and internationally. By leveraging data-driven forecasting and sharp negotiation skills, you will help us streamline operations, reduce carrying costs, and ensure a smooth delivery process from our global partners to our end users in a fast-paced environment.
Primary Duties

Develop and execute a scalable logistics framework that supports our long-term organizational expansion.

Cultivate strong supplier relationships and negotiate favorable service agreements to improve our procurement outcomes.

Maintain balanced inventory levels across all stages of production to ensure product availability while reducing unnecessary overhead.

Optimize our distribution network by evaluating carrier performance and implementing cost-efficient shipping routes.

Improve warehouse productivity and safety standards by overseeing facility layout, equipment, and personnel.

Generate and present regular operational reports to provide visibility into key supply chain performance metrics.

Mitigate supply chain risks by resolving disruptions and ensuring full adherence to international trade and legal requirements.

Foster a culture of excellence by recruiting, training, and mentoring logistics and warehouse staff.
Required Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related industrial discipline.

At least five years of professional experience in global procurement, materials management, or logistics.

Proficiency in utilizing ERP and MRP software alongside advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities.

Strong analytical abilities to perform root cause analysis and develop predictive demand models.

Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate effective cross-departmental collaboration with Finance, Sales, and Engineering teams.
Preferred Certifications

ASCM certification such as CSCP or CPIM.

CPSM designation.

Lean or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certifications.
