What You'll Do
As our Housekeeping Manager, you'll be entrusted with leading one of the hotel's most important departments. Your success will come from creating systems, setting clear expectations, and holding your team accountable while fostering a positive and respectful work environment.
You'll:
- Take full ownership of the Housekeeping Department and its daily operations.
- Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and pride in delivering exceptional guest rooms.
- Lead, coach, train, and develop housekeeping supervisors, room attendants, public area attendants, and laundry staff.
- Create organized workflows that improve efficiency and productivity.
- Conduct room inspections and ensure guestrooms consistently exceed brand standards.
- Recruit, onboard, and retain a high-performing housekeeping team.
- Partner with Front Desk and Maintenance to ensure rooms are guest-ready and any concerns are resolved promptly.
- Manage labor scheduling, inventory, supplies, and department budgets.
- Prepare the department for brand inspections and maintain exceptional cleanliness scores.
- Champion workplace safety and ensure compliance with company policies and OSHA standards.
