Experience: 2 or more years prior security guard/officer experience.

Schedule: Available Shifts:
- Overnight Shift: 12:00am to 8:00am
- Day Shift: 8:00am to 4:00pm
- Evening Shift: 4:00pm to 12:00pm
Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking a Residential Specialist to join a growing and dynamic team!

Assists fire and law enforcement agencies in preventing and investigating misconduct on company premises, trespassing and loitering, and violations of current House Rules, policies and procedures.

Warns violators of rules and procedural infractions. Expels violators or requests assistance from the Security Chief or proper authorities.

Inspects interior and exterior areas of the complex to determine if tampering has occurred; watches for and reports irregularities such as fire hazards, leaks, broken furniture, or secured doors left unlocked.

Responds to emergency activated alarms or emergency calls from tenants for assistance. Sounds alarm or calls proper authorities, as appropriate.

Prepares reports of incidents or complaints to properly document accidents, property damage, domestic disputes, trespass violations, and other applicable data.

Prepares reports and completes appropriate forms to properly record daily shift activities.

Monitors emergency generators and physical systems during power outages as prescribed by standard operating procedures.

Valid and active guard card.
