What We Are Looking For:
American Security Force is seeking motivated and reliable unarmed security officers!
Our Security Officers ensure the security and safety of client sites while providing exceptional customer service in a professional setting. Military veterans encouraged to apply.
Job Duties:
- Greet, welcome, direct, and announce visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Perform regular foot patrols
- Monitor premises and respond to any unusual or suspicious activity
- Lock/unlock gates and doors as needed
- Respond to any problem situations and escalate as appropriate
- Maintain thorough documentation (Daily Activity Reports and Incident Reports)
- Professionally communicate with clients, supervisors, vendors, contractors, and the public
- Travel between assigned locations throughout shift as needed
- Ensure consistent service excellence and client satisfaction
Who You Are:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Possess High School diploma or equivalent
- Must have an active Texas Guard Card
- Must have a valid Texas Driver’s License
- Possess Excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to walk, stand, and travel between job sites during shifts
- Must be available to work on weekends and overtime if needed
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background check and drug screening in accordance with federal, state, and local laws
- Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or military servicea plus
