Job Summary

Duties
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest issues and assess environmental conditions.
- Apply pest control treatments using appropriate tools, chemicals, and techniques to eliminate pests, including insects, rodents, and other unwanted critters.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and other equipment safely and effectively to perform treatments and maintenance tasks.
- Develop customized pest management plans based on client needs, environmental factors, and safety regulations.
- Educate clients on pest prevention strategies, including landscaping adjustments, lawn care practices, and habitat modification.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, treatments performed, and follow-up recommendations to ensure ongoing pest management success.
- Drive company vehicles responsibly to various job sites while adhering to safety protocols. Will discuss the company vehicle used before hiring.
Requirements
- Proven experience or knowledge in pest control, lawn care, farming, landscaping, or agriculture is highly desirable.
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; comfortable driving company vehicles over diverse terrains.
- Strong physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform outdoor work in various weather conditions.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients professionally and explain treatment procedures clearly.
- Basic understanding of sales techniques is a plus for promoting additional services or products.
- Willingness to learn new skills related to pest management techniques and environmental safety standards.
