Pay
$12.14 per hour + tips
Average earning potential: $15–$30 per hour (hourly wage + tips)
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- 2+ years of restaurant bartending experience preferred
- 1+ year of craft cocktail experience preferred
- Knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and classic cocktails
- Current Colorado Food Handler Certificate (or ability to obtain after hire)
- Current TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol Certification
- Friendly, upbeat personality with exceptional guest service skills
- Reliable, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
A Day in the Life
No two shifts behind the bar are ever the same! As a Via 313 Bartender, you'll craft cocktails, pour local beers, recommend menu favorites, and help create the welcoming atmosphere our guests know and love.
Your day may include:
- Preparing handcrafted cocktails, beer, and wine
- Greeting guests with genuine hospitality
- Providing menu recommendations and pairing suggestions
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
- Accurately handling cash and payments
- Following responsible alcohol service practices
- Working alongside servers and kitchen staff to deliver an exceptional guest experience
- Jumping in wherever the team needs you

Colorado Paid Sick Leave (HFWA)
In accordance with Colorado's Healthy Families and Workplaces Act (HFWA):
- Accrue 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked, up to 48 hours per year
- Accrual begins on your first day of employment
- Sick leave may be used for your own health needs, to care for a family member, or for other qualifying reasons under Colorado law
- Unused leave carries over from year to year, with annual usage limits as provided by law
- Additional leave may be available during qualifying public health emergencies
