Job Description:
Club Northwest is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual to join our Night Cleaning Crew. This team plays an important role in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our members by ensuring the club is refreshed and member-ready each morning.

Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize locker rooms, restrooms, fitness equipment, and public areas.
- Vacuum carpets, mop hard surface floors, and maintain entryways.
- Restock toiletries, towels, amenities, and water coolers throughout the facility.
- Complete nightly cleaning checklists and assigned tasks within scheduled hours.
- Help maintain clean and presentable outdoor grounds and entry areas.
- Follow proper cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
- Report maintenance or safety concerns as needed.
- Assist with other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must complete CPR/AED training within 90 days (onsite training available).
- Previous custodial or cleaning experience is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work independently and stay on task with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Ability to regularly lift up to 40 pounds and perform repetitive bending, walking, standing, and reaching throughout the shift.
Schedule: Monday-Wednesday 8:00pm-4:30am
Pay: From $16.55 per hour
