What The Entry Level Wireless Associate Will Do
- Meet directly with customers to discuss wireless products, devices, and service plans
- Learn customer needs and recommend solutions that fit their lifestyle and budget
- Explain promotions, pricing, and available service options clearly and confidently
- Assist customers with new account activations, upgrades, and service enrollments
- Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-up
- Stay current on product knowledge, promotions, and industry updates
- Work with team members to achieve individual and office sales goals
- Maintain accurate customer records and complete required documentation
