MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN- Carpentry Specialist

As a Maintenance Technician- Carpentry Specialist with Landings Management, LLC, you’ll keep our apartment communities in Middleborough, MA running at their best — and you’ll do it alongside a solid team of techs and a supervisor who’s got your back.
This is a hands-on, trade-heavy role where your skills actually show. You’ll handle the kind of work that matters: apartment turns, work orders, preventative maintenance, and everything in between. No two days are the same, and the breadth of work means you’ll stay sharp across multiple trades.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Complete apartment turnovers work an emphasis on carpentry — doors, cabinets, trim, drywall, paint, and finish work

Knock out work orders promptly and correctly, typically within 24 hours

Diagnose and repair issues across electrical, plumbing, appliances, and HVAC systems

Respond to emergency calls on a rotating bases (evenings, weekends, and holidays)

Support seasonal needs like snow removal and other property operations

Collaborate with your team on light construction and upgrade projects
WHAT YOU BRING
-
2+ years of experience in multi-family maintenance, construction, or a trade (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, etc.)
Solid carpentry skills - - framing, finishing, cabinetry, drywall, or comparable work

Comfortable using hand tools and power tools

Positive attitude, organized, and energetic

Strong customer service orientation and solid interpersonal skills

Ability to read and follow instructions and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing

Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation to and from work

High school diploma or equivalent required; trade schooling a plus
Physical: This role requires regular standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs), climbing, crouching, and working in all weather conditions.
