Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead high-end luxury retail interior projects across the East Coast, with a strong focus on Florida markets.

Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to facilitate seamless communication and project flow.
- Develop detailed project schedules using construction management software to track progress and identify potential delays proactively.
- Oversee construction site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
- Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts thoroughly to interpret technical details and ensure accurate implementation.
- Manage procurement processes including construction estimating, bid evaluations, and contract negotiations with vendors and subcontractors.
- Utilize tools such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and other construction management software for document control, project tracking, and reporting.
- Monitor project costs continuously through accurate cost estimating and change order management to prevent overruns.
- Facilitate effective project coordination by conducting regular site meetings and progress reviews with all stakeholders.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects by managing resources efficiently and addressing issues swiftly as they arise.
Skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency
- Proven experience in construction site management with a strong understanding of civil engineering principles.
- Expertise in project scheduling software such as Primavera P6 and construction management platforms like ProCore.
- Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical documentation review.
- Strong knowledge of contracts administration, including negotiation and compliance monitoring.
- Proficient in construction estimating techniques to accurately forecast costs and resource needs.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with heavy civil projects using Civil 3D or similar design tools is a plus.
- Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams while maintaining clear communication channels.
