The Role
We are looking for a motivated and experienced kitchen and bath estimator and sales
representative who wants to be a key part of our legacy.
Key Responsibilities
Field Measurements: Conduct on-site visits with the production manager to
measure spaces, assess structural feasibility, and identify potential plumbing or
electrical challenges
Estimating: Use the JobTread computer program to build accurate project
estimates.
Client Collaboration: Guide homeowners through the sales experience while
managing their expectations regarding budget and timelines.
Collaboration & Design Support: Partner with the designer and production
manager to ensure the client's vision aligns with what is structurally and
financially possible.
Project Handoff: Work closely with our Designer and production team to ensure
a seamless handoff from the design phase to the start of construction.
Required Qualifications
Experience in the kitchen and bath industry
A strong understanding of construction and the residential remodeling process
Knowledge of kitchen and bath products and market trends
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Excellent customer service orientation
Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively
Basic computer proficiency required, including the ability to navigate web
browsers and the use of standard office equipment
Solid understanding of basic office software and ability to learn new internal
databases quickly.
Preferred "Bonus" Skills
Experience using the JobTread computer program for project management and
estimating.
Experience using the 2020 design computer program
