With millions of dollars of brand-new move in ready homes to sell, we are looking for top notch professionals with the following skills and abilities:
- Sales Experience - Must have recently demonstrated success in either Retail, Car Sales, Apartment Leasing, Hospitality or New Home Sales.
- Self-Motivated and coachable with an enthusiasm to learn and be trained.
- Desire for personal development and to follow a proven training program.
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to follow a proven sales path, manage objections and ask for the sale.
- Professional appearance and demeanor appropriate for customer-facing home sales.
- Good listening skills, integrity and a strong work ethic.
- Creative writing skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office products and ability to write professional emails.
- Follow up daily with the ability to use the company CRM daily, with email, text, and phone to follow up, make appointments, and generate sales.
- Willingness to work weekends in a model home and be available for Grand Openings and Sales events.
- Desire to maintain the model home(s) in pristine condition and maintain the company’s high standards in the community with signage and appearance.
- Participate in Realtor outreach and help drive qualified sales traffic to generate sales.
Expected total compensation range is approximately $80,000 - $100,000 annually. Top performers may exceed these amounts.
