Part-Time Hybrid BCBA (After-School Hours)Flexible Schedule | Low Caseload | Limited On-Site Requirements
Sovereign Care Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
This part-time hybrid position offers significant flexibility and is ideal for BCBAs looking to supplement their current role, maintain a smaller caseload, or work primarily after school hours.
Most responsibilities can be completed remotely, with in-person visits required approximately 2–3 times per month at our center locations.
We welcome both English and Spanish-speaking clinicians.
Schedule
This position primarily supports after-school cases.
Typical hours:
Monday – Friday | 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Additional flexible hours may be available for:
- Parent training
- Supervision
- Treatment planning and documentation
Total weekly hours typically range from 10–20 hours depending on caseload.

Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
- Design and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
- Conduct parent training and caregiver coaching
- Supervise behavior technicians implementing treatment plans
- Review and analyze client data to guide clinical decision-making
- Conduct assessments and contribute to behavior intervention planning
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers
- Maintain accurate documentation and treatment plan updates
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Current BCBA certification required
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
- Strong clinical judgment and ethical decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Valid New Jersey driver’s license and reliable transportation
Work Structure
This position follows a hybrid model, including:
- Remote work for documentation, treatment planning, and data review
- Virtual parent consultations when appropriate
- In-person supervision approximately 2–3 times per month at our center locations
- Occasional local travel as needed
Compensation
$60-65 per hour depending on experience.
Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
