As a Security Officer Full Time Entry Screening in South Bend, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer at a dynamic logistics and distribution location. You will monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, manage visitor and vehicle access, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service while following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response protocols at a logistics and distribution location.

Control access at designated entry and exit points by verifying credentials for employees, visitors, contractors, drivers, and delivery vehicles.

Maintain accurate access logs, issue authorized visitor credentials, and report access violations and/or suspicious activity according to site procedures.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and communicate security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.

Conduct regular and random patrols of gates, loading areas, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized access and identify irregular conditions.
Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
