Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dependable Automotive Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working on vehicles, be knowledgeable about automotive repairs and maintenance, and be able to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and automotive issues.
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance and inspections.
- Perform brake, suspension, steering, engine, and other mechanical repairs.
- Identify problems using diagnostic tools and mechanical knowledge.
- Perform oil changes, tune-ups, and other general automotive services.
- Inspect vehicles and recommend necessary repairs.
- Work efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
- Communicate clearly with customers and team members about vehicle issues and repairs.
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish — required.
- Previous experience as an Automotive Mechanic.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and mechanical repairs.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle problems.
- Experience using common automotive tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Knowledge of basic vehicle electrical systems is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must have your own basic mechanic tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced automotive environment.
Pay: From $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 47.0 per week
