What Your Days Will Look Like
Every day at Monument RV Park looks a little different. You will be answering phones, helping guests check-in, keeping things running smoothly, and ensuring that every visitor feels like they have arrived somewhere special. You will also step in to assist our housekeeping team with basic housekeeping tasks.
- Answer phones, take reservations, and respond to guest inquiries with warmth and professionalism
- Greet and direct visitors,making every arrival feel like a welcome one
- Assist storage tenants with move-ins, move-outs, lease paperwork, and payment processing
- Complete daily housekeeping tasks according to campground standards and cleaning protocols
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness in restrooms, shower facilities, bathhouses and common areas
- Ensure common areas and walkways are clean, tidy, and welcoming at all times
You're Our Perfect Fit If You
- Take pride in a job well done, and can spot a detail others would miss
- Are a natural with people, friendly, professional, and patient
- Bring good energy, a positive attitude, and a team-first mindset
- Work well with a team AND can own your tasks independently
- Have 1–2 years of maintenance or similar experience
- Are physically able to complete hands-on outdoor work, including lifting up to 75 lbs.
- Have availability days, evenings, weekends and holidays

- Must be comfortable with physical activity (lifting, walking, bending)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Background & reference checks required
