Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Addison, TX. The Sales Executive will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with broadcast studios, production facilities, houses of worship, universities, government entities, resellers, and systems integrators, and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting through closing.
Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting outbound calls and outreach, responding to inbound inquiries, preparing quotes and proposals, giving product presentations and demos, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
The role will also involve maintaining CRM records, forecasting sales, tracking market trends, and providing feedback to leadership and engineering on customer needs and product opportunities. This position requires regular on-site collaboration with the team and occasional travel to customer locations, trade shows, and industry events.
Qualifications Successful track record in B2B sales, preferably in lighting, broadcast, AV, or related technical products, with strong skills in prospecting, opportunity qualification, and closing deals.
Experience building and maintaining long-term customer relationships with studios, houses of worship, educational institutions, government entities, and systems integrators. Ability to understand and explain technical product features and benefits, including LED lighting performance, energy efficiency, and studio application requirements.
Proficiency with CRM software, basic sales reporting, and use of standard office productivity tools for communication, quoting, and documentation. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including effective presentation, negotiation, and active listening abilities.
Organized, self-directed work style with the ability to manage multiple accounts, follow up consistently, and meet or exceed sales targets. Comfortable working on-site in Addison, TX and traveling as needed to customer locations, trade shows, and industry events.
