As a Shift Leader, you’ll help guide the team through daily service, coach up new skills, and make sure every guest has a welcoming and fun experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and support the team during service
- Maintain quality, pace, and hospitality standards
- Handle shift responsibilities (cleanliness checks, prep, cash handling, etc.)
- Solve guest concerns with a calm and friendly approach
- Model teamwork, respect, and great energy every day
Who You Are:
- Restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
- Communicates clearly and leads by example
- Stays positive — even when it's busy
- Enjoys coaching and developing others
- Reliable, steady, and solutions-focused
