Westminster Canterbury Richmond and Parson Health Center are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Night Shift team. Shift: 12-hour shifts, from 7 pm to 7 am! Rotating weekends

Your Mission:
- Provide exceptional care to residents, assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) tasks.
- Foster meaningful connections with residents and their families, ensuring individualized care and attention.
- Communicate changes in resident condition to management promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate in the development and documentation of Individualized Service Plans (ISP).
- Maintain a safe environment for residents, reporting any changes in status or condition.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Valid Certified Nurse Aide license in good standing in the State of Virginia.
