What You’ll Do
- Inspect machinery daily and help identify issues early
- Assist with facility and equipment inspections
- Support HVAC troubleshooting under supervision
- Monitor maintenance inventory to keep tools and materials organized
- Maintain safety and quality standards
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Document repairs and inspections
Qualifications
1–3 years of maintenance, construction, HVAC, or related experience

Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems

Comfortable using hand tools and power tools

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Strong communication and teamwork skills

High school diploma or equivalent

Certifications (CMRP, HVAC, etc.) preferred
