Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Sales and Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while promoting and selling our products and services. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met and that they receive the highest level of service. Your ability to build relationships and understand customer requirements will be key to your success in this position.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Promote and sell products and services effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and service requests.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve service delivery.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and competitive offerings.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer concerns and suggestions for improvement.
Experience
- Proven experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
- Must have landgable hand writing and math skills.
- Technical aptitude or experience in a related field is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Must be able to pass TSA background check.
- Must have acceptable DMV driving record.
- Must have a valid California drivers license and obtain a Hazmat certification.
- Must be able to pass all DOT Drug test requirements.
- A California State Fire Marshal fire equipment service certification is required for this position, applicant must have one or be able to obtain one. Company will assist in training.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
