- CRM Master - Input every customer, detailed notes, & accurate marketing source.
- Minimum $2,500+ F&I PVR - You need to know how to set up the Backend and spin paper when needed. F&I Experience Required.
- Rehash Deals for Better Approvals, Terms, Rates to increase Volume Sales, increase F/E Profitability, and Setup F&I Performance.
- Volume Sales, F/E Profitability, & Closing % Performance Reporting will be requested.

You'll be responsible for:
- Minimum 35%+ Closing Ratio with an $1,000+ Average F/E Bump.
- TO (Turnover) Every Customer, 100% of the Time. No exceptions.
- Desking, Closing, Volume Sales, F/E Profitability, Setting up F&I for strong Backend Performance.
- Submitting deals to lenders.
- Structuring and re-hashing deals for better approvals, terms, rates to increase volume sales, F/E profitability, setting up F&I performance.
- Spinning paper when the primary finance manager is off or backed up with customers.
- Manage Sales Team & Salespeople to meet and exceed goals, specifically Answering every inbound phone call, holding sales team & salespeople accountable to their daily outbound activities (Call/Voicemail, Text, Email - CTE), & more importantly, holding sales team & salespeople accountable to their results (not effort). How many calls, text, email sent daily? How many appointments scheduled? How many appointments confirmed? How many appointments showed versus no-showed? How many appointments sold? Individually and as a Team.
- Effectively Manage Sales Team & Enforce Sales Processes.
- Complete all Sales Processes 100% of the Time.
- Effectively handle customer escalations when required.
- Track Performance Metrics & Distribute Nightly Reporting to Executive Team.

- We're ramping up to 300 vehicles by July 15th, 2026. (250 used 50 new)
- We're looking to acquire 2 more franchises by January 1st, 2027. (Growth Opportunities)
- We sell 100% of our inventory every 30 days.
- The Sales Manager will have an opportunity to transition into a General Sales Manager and oversee all Sales operations at the location. Leadership and Ownership is key.
