Driving projects for process improvements, equipment upgrades, and the introduction of new molding technologies.

Coaching and upskilling junior engineers and production teams on technical standards and methods.

Staying on top of industry advances in materials, tooling, and molding equipment.

BS in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related discipline.

5+ years in manufacturing engineering with a deep focus on injection molding.

Expert knowledge of molding processes, materials, tooling, and press/auxiliary equipment.

Proficiency with CAD and related engineering tools.

Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive, hands-on mindset.

Clear, collaborative communication skills and effectiveness in cross-functional teams.

Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma; formal certification is a plus.
