Overview
We are hiring a Project Manager to lead BAS projects from kickoff through completion. This role is critical in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
What You’ll Do
- Manage BAS projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with customers, GCs, and subcontractors
- Oversee schedules and budgets
- Review submittals, drawings, and technical documentation
- Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met
- Support commissioning and project closeout
Requirements
- Experience in BAS, HVAC, or construction project management is preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Understanding of construction documents and workflows
- Ability to read blueprints and diagrams
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean Background Check

Work Details
- Full-time, Monday–Friday (with occasional overtime/on-call)
- Field-based work across Ohio (Dayton, Columbus, Cincinnati region)
- Office-based work (Dayton, OH)
