You’ll work onsite Monday–Friday, balancing planned HR work with real-time needs from the floor and front office. Mornings often begin by reviewing open items—attendance questions, documentation updates, or status checks on leaves, claims, and incident logs—then aligning with supervisors on priorities. Midday may include scheduled interviews, new-hire orientation touchpoints, or coordinating E-Verify and payroll system enrollment. As issues arise, you’ll shift into confidential conversations, fact-finding, and documenting next steps. You’ll also spend time keeping records current (digital and physical), preparing notes/minutes from meetings, and coordinating with corporate partners to keep programs running smoothly. Throughout the day, you’ll be a steady, detail-focused point of contact for employees and leaders alike.
