Overview
My Digital Office is a document management solutions company that specializes in digitizing and storing customers documents on our cloud based storage system. We are seeking a detail-oriented Scanner Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently operating a scanning station to digitize, organize, and index our customers documents. No experience is needed as you will receive on-site training.
Duties
- Operate scanning equipment to convert physical documents into digital formats with precision and speed.
- Ensure all scanned images are clear, legible, and correctly filed within their designated destinations.
- Verify data accuracy by cross-referencing scanned images with original documents and correcting discrepancies as needed.
- Follow established procedures for data entry, data collection, and record keeping to ensure compliance with company standards.
Qualifications
- Basic computer skills are preferred.
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
