We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Store Manager to lead our flagship Haleiwa location. What You’ll Do
As the Store Manager, you’ll partner with the Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of the business, including:
- Coaching, motivating, and developing team members
- Delivering an exceptional guest experience through outstanding customer service
- Leading by example and fostering a fun, positive, and accountable culture
- Managing scheduling, hiring, onboarding, and training
- Supporting merchandising and maintaining visual standards
- Managing inventory and maintaining operational excellence
- Monitoring sales performance and identifying opportunities to grow the business
- Opening and closing the store as needed
What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for someone who:
- Has retail leadership or management experience
- Loves coaching and developing others
- Has excellent communication and organizational skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Is dependable, proactive, and leads with a positive attitude
- Wants to learn, grow, and advance within our company
Japanese-speaking is a plus, but not required.
Compensation and Bonus Opportunity
- Salaried position with compensation equivalent to $25–$30 per hour
- Monthly bonus opportunity based on established sales goals being met
- Opportunity to increase overall earnings by helping the store and team achieve their sales goals

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as business needs require
