DUTIES: Gather and analyze market and business data using Oracle, SQL Server and MySQL to support data-driven business and IT decision-making; Create interactive dashboards and analytical reports using Tableau to visualize trends and insights; Apply data analysis techniques to identify, document, and interpret trends and patterns in business processes to support applied business research; Perform data cleansing, processing, transformation, and integration, and develop trend analyses, forecasts, and benchmarking reports against competing datasets for project needs; Conduct impact assessments and performance analysis using QlikView and Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) to evaluate initiatives and recommend data-driven improvements. Design and maintain database objects, including views, tables, and stored procedures, to optimize reporting performance and data accessibility. Synthesize business intelligence findings into concise reports and presentations to support strategic planning and project execution.
REQUIREMENTS: Must have a master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, Economics, or a closely related field and 1 year of experience in the job offered or as a Business Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, Market Research Analyst, or related.
In lieu of a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent and 1 yr of experience, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent and 5 years of post-baccalaureate progressive experience in the above-mentioned fields. Experience must include at least 1 yr of experience with gathering market data using Oracle, SQL Server and MySQL, preparing analytical reports using Tableau, conduct impact assessment using analytical tools such as QlikView, Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition.

JOB LOCATION: Essani International LLC, 471 Sterling Lane, South Elgin, IL 60177 and various unanticipated locations across the US. Candidate may be required to relocate to various unanticipated client locations throughout the US.
Position and hours of work – Permanent, Full Time, 40 HRS/WK 9:00 A.M. – 6:00 P.M.
