Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and serve delicious Bojangles menu items, including our famous fried chicken, biscuits, sweet tea, and fixins.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Uphold Bojangles' standards for quality, speed, and service.
Qualifications:
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Willingness to learn and follow Bojangles' operational procedures.
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Prior experience in the food service industry is a plus but not required.
- Drive-Thru experience is a plus but not required.
