Midtown Medical Imaging is a high-volume, high-performance outpatient imaging company specializing in advanced 3 Tesla MRI, CT, Ultrasound, and X-Ray services. We are seeking an experienced, dependable, and highly motivated Patient Coordinator for our Frisco locations.
This is not an entry-level front office role. We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of recent medical field experience who can thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining outstanding accuracy, professionalism, and patient service.
Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday Open Shift Available: 3pm-11pm
Location: Frisco, TX 75033
Occasional flexibility to assist with coverage, arrive early, or stay late is preferred.
About the role
This position is ideal for someone who is energized by a busy workplace, can multitask constantly without losing attention to detail, and understands that patient care and operational needs do not always stop exactly at the end of a scheduled shift.
We need a team member who is flexible, dependable, and willing to step up when the department requires additional support, including occasional early arrival, staying late, schedule adjustments, and periodic weekend assistance when needed.
If you are looking for a position where you can simply work a set 8-hour shift, avoid urgency, and leave unfinished work behind for someone else, this is not the right fit.
