Job Title: Senior Multimedia Producer

Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Multimedia Producer who will lead and manage comprehensive photo, video, and event production for a fast-paced, high-volume in-house marketing department. They will oversee internal and external creative resources, manage advertising agency partnerships, direct on-site shoots, and ensure all deliverables across social, digital, broadcast, and event channels meet strict brand and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a diverse group of in-house and external videographers, photographers, and freelancers, coordinating schedules, project assignments, creative feedback, and quality oversight.

Provide decisive art direction and guide visual storytelling across all asset types to ensure alignment with organizational brand values, campaign goals, and audience demographics.

Partner closely with internal marketing, social media, strategy, brand, and executive stakeholders to gather project requirements, clarify messaging, and align deliverables across teams.

Serve as the primary point of contact with external creative agencies and vendors, maintaining strong communication, strategic alignment, timeline adherence, and contract execution.

Manage full pre-production, production, and post-production workflows for video, photo, and event content, optimizing efficiency and asset tracking.

Develop detailed production schedules, budgets, timelines, and documentation—including storyboards, scripts, call sheets, shot lists, municipal permits, contacts, and talent releases.

Act as the on-site production lead, line producer, and director during video and photo shoots, managing location logistics, crew staffing, talent handling, and equipment needs.

Operate specialized production equipment as needed on set, including configuration of field lighting, sound capture devices, and teleprompter setups.

Partner with editors to shape structural pacing, formatting, narrative style, and music direction; manage all iterative review cycles through Frame.io prior to final cut delivery.

Plan and manage events ranging from small executive meetings to large-scale public activations, developing run-of-show documents, managing staging/AV, and overseeing on-site logistics.

Maintain comprehensive, organized archives of all raw and final photo and video assets, ensuring legal documentation, talent releases, and data backups are stored securely.

Manage the recording and deployment of official airport announcements and display content, and leverage Sprout Social to distribute social video content aligned with campaign calendars.
Required Skills & Qualifications

5 to 10 years of progressive video, photo, and event production experience within a structured business, agency, studio, or public sector environment.

Must provide a professional reel or portfolio demonstrating verified credits for produced video, photography, and live event production work.

Advanced operational knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom) or Final Cut Pro, alongside Google Drive and Mac platforms.

Demonstrated experience utilizing cloud-based collaborative review platforms (such as Frame.io) and standard project management software.

Prior professional experience working within an advertising agency or commercial production house as a Creative Producer is highly desired.

Direct experience managing multi-tier creative tasks and deadlines using Asana. (Preferred)

Ability to travel reliably to all client locations; must pass required controlled substances testing and a comprehensive federal security background check to secure credentials.

Must be flexible for occasional weekend or extended hours based on shoot/event schedules.
