This position includes an uncapped performance bonus structure that rewards exceptional performance. High performers have the opportunity to earn $80K+ annually.
Your field expertise is critical in this role. You'll be responsible for handling the full scope of residential irrigation work, from routine maintenance to complex troubleshooting and repairs, while delivering exceptional customer service.
Diagnose and repair all irrigation system types, including controllers, sprinkler heads, valves, mainlines, lateral lines, drip systems, PVC, brass components, and more.
Perform wire tracing, pressure testing, and comprehensive system inspections.
Detect, diagnose, and repair irrigation leaks.
Troubleshoot complex irrigation issues efficiently and confidently.
Program, service, manage, and install smart and ET-based irrigation controllers from multiple manufacturers, including mobile app integration.
Perform hands-on field work with a willingness to tackle any task required.
Treat every customer's property with care and professionalism.
Deliver a friendly, courteous, and professional customer experience.
Leave every job site clean and organized.
Prepare accurate inspections, repair documentation, and customer proposals.
Maintain company vehicle, tools, and daily schedule responsibly.
Training will be provided for company software, documentation, estimating, and internal processes. Strong technical ability, attention to detail, professionalism, and customer service are essential.
