Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Meet physical and sensory requirements stated below and be able to work in the described environment.
- Identify and participate in process improvement initiatives that improve the customer experience, enhance workflow, and/or improve the work environment.
- Keep the floors looking neat and cared for by buffing, stripping, waxing, scrubbing and finishing, as scheduled.
- Maintain and use equipment and supplies properly, reporting any defects or repairs that need to be made.
- Other special projects and duties, as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communicator with excellent organizational skills
Preferred Skills: Prior LTC experience required
