ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Provide excellent customer service
· Create a positive customer service experience for our customers
· Basic administrative and clerical tasks: , answering phones, copying, scanning, record keeping/filing documents, uploading documents, and data entry
· Assist Office Manager in finalizing and processing payments, invoices, cash balancing, and filing appropriate documents
· Assist Project Manager/Project Foreman in general routine correspondence and reports and jobsite documentations including but not limited to:
o Preconstruction and Substantial Completion walkthroughs
o Client communication
· Other duties assigned as by manager/supervisor
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
· Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpowerpoint, and Adobe
· Answering multi-line phone system
· Proven customer service experience (2-3 years)
· Being able to multi-task appropriately
· Proven experience with data entry
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
● Ability to lift 25 lbs. unassisted
● Walk/Stand/Sit for long periods of time
● Use of your hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls
● Physically fit with the ability to work in awkward spaces
● Alert, focused, organized, and detail-oriented
● Ability to crouch, bend/twist, crawl, kneel and sit unassisted
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
● Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
● Must have reliable transportation
● Must have a valid Hawaii Driver’s License
● Must have personal car insurance
- Must have a clean driving abstract/driving history
● Must be authorized to work in the United States with no restrictions
● Willingness to travel
● Must have a working smart phone (required)
