Duties
- Teacher Assistant that can assist lead teachers in implementing teaching activities that promote literacy, math, science, real life skills, and early childhood development.
- Teacher Assistant that supports classroom management by encouraging positive behavior and guiding children through routines and activities. Using consistent methods for discipline.
- Teacher Assistant that helps prepare classroom materials, educational resources, and age-appropriate activities aligned with curriculum standards such as Montessori or other early childhood frameworks.
- Teacher Assistant who can supervise children during indoor work time and outdoor play, ensuring safety and promoting positive social interaction.
- Teacher Assistant that contributes to a clean, organized classroom environment that fosters learning, creativity, and safety.
Skills
- Teacher Assistant with strong understanding of childhood development principles, including infant and toddler care and preschool education.
- Teacher Assistant with knowledge of behavior management techniques to foster positive classroom behavior.
- Teacher Assistant with excellent communication skills to collaborate with teachers, parents, and team members effectively.
- Teacher Assistant with familiarity with classroom management strategies in daycare/childcare /or private school settings.
- Teacher Assistant with knowledge of Montessori methods or other early childhood education philosophies is desirable.
- Teacher Assistant that has a patient and positive personality,
- Teacher Assistant that has a very strong work ethic and strong work history.
- Teacher Assistant that demonstrates professionalism, integrity and strong character.
- Teacher Assistant to support a structured, respectful and positive classroom setting.

- Teacher Assistant that enjoys working with children ages infant to six years old.
