General Description:
Experienced Boat / Automotive Painting professional with knowledge and dedication to producing the highest quality Katanacraft aluminum vessels. This includes but is not limited to utilizing skills in Body work, Prep and Painting.
Required Education:
High School or Equivalent
Valid Driver’s License
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a high standard of quality and accuracy in all aspects of vessel production
- Use of proper safety equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Maintain a productive and positive work environment
- Maintain above average attendance
- Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions
- Maintain a positive and proactive communication relationship with teammates and supervisors
- Ability to work both independently and with regular instruction and checkpoints to ensure quality control
Physical Skills:
- Solid working knowledge of body work, sanding, masking and painting single stage as well as base clear.
- Experienced in painting aluminum
- Experienced use of all applicable tools spreaders, spray guns, sanders.
