After School Youth Coach (20-25 Hrs/Week/Mon-Fri)
TIGER Academy of Martial Arts is looking for a mature, dependable, and energetic individual to join our After School Program team.

At TIGER Academy, we do more than provide after-school care. We help children build confidence, discipline, leadership, and respect in a safe, fun, and structured environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Safely transport students from local schools using a 15-passenger van
- Supervise and engage elementary-aged students
- Assist with homework and daily routines
- Lead games, activities, and character-building exercises
- Maintain a safe, organized, and positive environment
- Support Summer Camp activities, field trips, and special events
- Communicate professionally with students, parents, and team members
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Mature, responsible, and dependable
- Experience working with children
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Comfortable leading groups of children
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Punctual and consistent
- Willing to learn and accept coaching
- Able to pass a background check
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Comfortable driving a 15-passenger van
- Available Monday through Friday during program hours
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Experience in after-school programs, summer camps, childcare, education, youth sports, coaching, recreation, or martial arts is a plus.
We are willing to train the right person who has the right attitude, maturity, and work ethic.
PAY AND SCHEDULE
Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
Job Type: Part-time
Expected Hours: Approximately 20-25 hours per week
School Year Schedule:
Monday-Friday
Approximately 2:00 PM-6:00 PM
Summer Camp:
Additional daytime hours may be available.
