We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Team Members to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include cash handling, food preparation, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a friendly demeanor and take their orders accurately.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently and operate the cash register or POS system.
- Prepare food items according to safety standards and menu specifications.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including bussing tables and cleaning surfaces.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations to guarantee a safe dining experience.
- Manage time effectively during peak hours to ensure prompt service.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and quality standards.
- Address customer inquiries or concerns in a professional manner.
Experience
- Previous experience in a quick service fast food restaurant is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic math skills is essential.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is highly valued.
- Experience with culinary tasks and food preparation techniques is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively.
