Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate daily manufacturing operations to meet production goals while maintaining high safety and quality standards
- Develop and implement strategies for process improvements that enhance productivity, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization
- Monitor equipment performance, conduct preventive maintenance planning, and oversee mechanical troubleshooting to minimize downtime
Qualifications
- 10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience (or Bachelor’s degree with progressive leadership)
- 5+ years in a Plant Manager or senior site leadership role
- Strong background in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process improvement
- Proven success leading teams, driving change, and delivering results with full P&L ownership
- A leader who operates with integrity, accountability, and a passion for building people and processes
Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
