We are a small established CPA Firm seeking a tax preparer with 3-5 yrs exp. Must be CPA licensed in FL.

Our firm serves mainly small businesses and individuals. Seeking an experienced, highly motivated, detail oriented, dependable, tech savvy individual. Non Profit experience a big plus.
Essential Functions:
Provide a final technical review on all types of tax returns
Research tax issues and make recommendations
Stay abreast of developments and changes in tax law
Communicate with clients to ensure accurate and timely delivery of tax returns
Assign, track and manage projects
Meetings with clients
Prepare and review payroll tax returns
Review monthly bookkeeping engagements
Managing due dates and client list
Research and Analysis as necessary
Create relationships to develop new business opportunities
Experience with Quickbooks desktop, QBO, Xero, Gusto and Proseries is a plus.
Requirements:
CPA Certification is required
3-5 years of public accounting experience
Demonstrated leadership ability
Decision-making skills and initiative to make those decisions
Work calmly and effectively under pressure
Prioritize a heavy work load and remain organized
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
