Will calculate and invoice rent and cost of care monthly for Achievers.
Invoice all monthly billings in Sage Accounting Software.
Prepare bank deposits.
Enter payables in Sage Software weekly. Maintain Accounts Payable files and reconcile outstanding payables monthly.
Use Excel to complete weekly and monthly reports and spreadsheets to track expenditures for grants and other funding.
Pay Achievers’ bills and reconcile.
Prepare Purchase Orders and receive in goods ordered.
Assist with monthly inventory and reconciliation of Custodial Supplies.
Will perform other bookkeeping and accounting functions as necessary

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
