Solutions Architect
Education
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Healthcare Informatics, or related field
Desired Certifications
AWS Certified Solutions Architect / Azure Solutions Architect
Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP)
Certified Health Data Analyst (CHDA)
TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework)
Experience
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in IT architecture, data analytics, or systems integration
Minimum 3–5 years supporting healthcare, clinical quality, or federal health systems
Experience in integrating healthcare data sources (e.g., EHR/clinical systems)
Strong knowledge of data architecture, ETL processes, and database management
Experience with data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Familiarity with healthcare standards and reporting requirements (e.g., Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, The Joint Commission)
Understanding of DoD/DHA IT environments preferred
Tasks
Design and implement end-to-end data and analytics solutions supporting CQM programs Integrate data from multiple systems (e.g., EHRs, DHA enterprise systems, quality reporting tools)
Develop and maintain data architecture, data models, and reporting frameworks
Lead development of interactive dashboards and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and standardization across MTFs
Translate clinical quality requirements into technical solutions and system designs
Support automation of data collection, validation, and reporting processes
Collaborate with Program Manager, analysts, and clinical stakeholders
Ensure compliance with DHA cybersecurity and data governance policies
Support inspection readiness through data traceability and audit readiness
Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
